Why I Work at Adoption Options: I chose Adoption Options because I wanted to work with an agency that was actively working to support LGBTQ+ families and the permanency needs of youth in foster care. Adoption Options has allowed me the opportunity to create programming that continues to support foster to adopt families and youth through training, mentoring, resource building and permanency.
