Our Programs

Minority Family Program

This program is primarily for families with an ethnic or racial background that matches that of the child needing placement, i.e. African American, Bi-racial, Hispanic or Native American. However, a Caucasian family who has already adopted an African American or Bi-racial African American child and wishes to adopt ONLY a child of the same or similar ethnic background may also apply for this program. Additionally, a childless Caucasian family who wishes to adopt an African American or Bi-racial African American child may also apply
